About the position

In the role of Rental Agent, we offer you a varied job where you will take on a broad role of customer contact during rentals to both new and existing customers, combined with some administrative tasks related to the agreements. In close collaboration with our field sales representatives and delivery department, you will be responsible for upselling to customers, creating contracts, invoicing, coordinating transport, and servicing our machines for customers. You will work closely with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth rental and restoration of the machine fleet for the next rental.

A selection of common tasks:

• Register new customers, create contracts, follow up during rentals, and invoicing.
• Work closely with customers to meet new requests and develop the rental assortment.
• Visit new and existing customers.
• Hand over machines to customers.
• Support technicians to ensure correct deliveries to customers.
• Be responsible for creating and following up purchase orders with relevant suppliers.
• Coordinate and follow up booked transports.
• Support our field sales representatives and be consultative during orders.
• Consult with technicians/product managers regarding any machine faults to ensure the fastest and best actions.
• Continuously work on and strive for constant improvement of our rental processes.

You will be based at our depot in Helsingborg and report to the Branch Manager.

Your background:

Qualifications:

• Relevant post-secondary education
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment rental
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Good experience working in business systems and strong knowledge of MS Office

A B driver's license is required for the position.

We prefer that you have experience in similar work within the rental industry and relevant machine knowledge.
